Refund policy.

Tall Oak Solutions, LLC is committed to providing each customer with exceptional service. We want you to feel comfortable about transacting business with us. We offer a 14-day full refund policy, which begins on the date of purchase with most of our products except for Live Events and the New Client Marketing Accelerator. You can cancel your subscription at any time to avoid any future billing.

For our Live Events, you are eligible for a refund so long as the refund is requested prior to the event.

If you are not completely satisfied with the product you have paid for, you may contact support@newclient.marketing within 14-days of the purchase and we will look into your request.
